Eligibility
Bolt Funding services are available only to businesses operating in the United States with at least one principal of age 18 or older.
Not a guarantee of credit
Bolt Funding is a commercial finance broker and direct funder for certain products. All offers are subject to underwriting, document review and acceptance by a participating lender. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Terms, rates, fees and amounts vary by product, lender and applicant.
Authorization
By submitting an application, you authorize Bolt Funding and its lending partners to obtain credit reports, verify the information you provide, and contact you regarding your application by phone, SMS and email.
Truthful representations
You represent that the information you submit is true and complete. Misrepresentations may result in denial of funding, rescission of an offer, and/or referral to law enforcement.

Limitation of liability

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
